This was fantastic! Easy to prepare, suitable for an individual, and tasted great. I’m a sauce guy and probably used a smaller tuna steak than called for but kept all the other proportions the same. So it was nice and saucy. I had to order dried lemon thyme from Amazon (McFadden Farm). That being said, I’m not sure I even tasted it (maybe a little) and think the dish would have succeeded perfectly well without. Tagliatelle was not available from my local chain groceries. but I found fresh Taglietelle at a nearby Italian grocery. It was very good in this recipe so I suggest you make an effort to find it although I don’t doubt that another pasta (e.g., egg noodles) would have worked out OK as well. Anyway, I will definitely make this again. Great for anyone but especially the aspiring pescetarian.

Oh this is such a great dish, Libby! Love the pictures too
