I have been following your recipes for the past couple of years. One of the things I always wanted to satisfy was the taste memory of the brief time I lived in Chicago in the 60’s and enjoyed the Italian Beef Sandwiches from the street vendors. I have been searching for the recipe for the past three years to satisfy this memory and finally landed on your version this year. HOW GRAND…YOU MADE ME A VERY HAPPY LADY because this recipe cannot be beat. My husband thoroughly enjoyed…and we will have many repeat performances. Thank you so very much!!
